Pre-configured teams are onboarded within 7 business days of contract signing. The matching process takes 3–5 business days before that — so from first contact to your team working is typically under 2 weeks.

Can I customise the team composition?

Yes. The packages listed are our most common configurations. You can add, remove, or replace individual roles — we'll adjust the monthly rate accordingly. Tell us what you need on the contact page.

Can I mix full-time and part-time team members?

Absolutely. Many clients run a lead developer full-time and a designer or QA engineer part-time. We price each member individually and combine them into one monthly invoice.

Who manages the team day-to-day?

You do. Our team members integrate into your tools, workflows, and culture. Codalyst Tech handles HR, payroll, and equipment — you direct the work.

What if a team member is not the right fit?

We have a replacement process. If someone on your team isn't working out, raise it with us and we'll find a replacement. You continue billing at the same rate during the transition.
